Adds new characters: Mutant Jester and company.
Mutant Jester is inspired by the Jester character from "Devil May Cry 3" game and by Batman's Joker. He's an annoying, over the top character, yet fun to play with and fight against.
In addition to Mutant Jester this mod also adds : a male jester minion, a female jester minion aka Jessie, a mini and a giant jester.
They all have custom move sets, sounds and more.

Adds New characters : Hayate and his minions.
Hayate is an agile, modern, yet classic warrior. He is Hanako's partner.
The character comes with 8 outfits: Red, White, Classic (Syndicate), Black (Samurai), Dante cosplay, Yellow (Mortal Kombat inspired), Modern (Jacket), and Suit.

In addition to new unique custom moves, custom sounds, custom flying portrait, and daodan glow.

This is a demo mod and not 100% guaranteed to work, recommended not to be used by regular players.

Muro is playing unfair! Makes Muro's melee attacks have a plasma hit impact.

This mega package retextures many of the characters to higher quality better looking improved textures.

It will download 7 parts to improve the textures of:
1- Konoko, Male and Female Cops.
2- Muro, Barabas, Griffin, Shinatama, Kerr.
3- TCTF Lite, Swat, TCTF Blackops, Training Bot.
4- Furies, Tankers and Ninjas.
5- Strikers
6- Comguys, Mad Bomber, Sniper, and Security Guards.
7- Male and Female Civilians and Scientists.
