For new (black) characters (ONCC) look at package 22400

1- Adds a new class of Female Blackops TCTF including 3 variants.
2- Adds a Blackops outfit for Konoko.
3- Adds SOUNDS for the original Female Cops and the new Blackops ones including taunts, alert, startle, pursue, and check body sounds.
4- Adds a new regular Female Cop variant.

Note this package will also install the improved cops textures package.

Griffin's head is now in high-poly form and uses a texture supplied by SeverED. His work attire (griffin_generic) was re-textured by ViciousReilly and his SWAT uniform was re-textured by Bozzman. Update (v1.1): the head texture by SeverED has been updated from his V3 textures released in 2019.
